How it Works?

Initial assessment

In our first session we’ll talk about your goals, challenges, obstacles, current dietary/lifestyle habits and anything else that you feel is relevant to your situation. Our meeting last about an hour and a half and will give me insight to your lifestyle and your specific needs.

Simple to Follow Program Guide

There are no complicated calculations, constant measuring, or calorie counting.

Handouts and Worksheets

I’ll be providing you with tips and strategies that are geared to help you through the challenges that you face.

Consistent Weekly Scheduled Meetings

Each session is 30 minutes and we’ll discuss your progress and work on your goals.
