How it Works?

Initial Assessment of Group

In our first session we’ll talk about the goals of the group, challenges, obstacles, current dietary/lifestyle habits and anything else that is relevant. All group members will fill out a questionnaire so that I can assess individual needs as well. We will go over the program guide.

Simple to Follow Program Guide

There are no complicated calculations, constant measuring, or calorie counting.

Weekly Scheduled Meetings

Each session is 60 minutes, which can be scheduled during lunch hour (I encourage bringing your lunch!), early morning or at the end of the day. We’ll discuss progress and work on strategies that are relevant to the group and have a private weigh-in (optional!).

Handouts and Worksheets

I’ll be providing documents with tips and strategies that are needed to help develop lasting changes in building new habits.

Unlimited Email Support

Need help trying to decipher menu options? Want an opinion on a grocery item? Did you polish off a whole chocolate bar and feel out of control? Do you want to share with me something positive? Why not email me? I want to hear from you!

Commitment

The commitment to Group Coaching Meetings is an 8 week session. All our sessions will be in a predetermined place and time, Skype, FaceTime or telephone are options.
