You Are What You Believe
Words make a difference. You may not like it, but when people criticize you, say hurtful and mean things, how does it make you feel? I know I don’t like it and I feel incredibly worse than awful all day long…usually it carries to the next day too.
Those words are from other people.
But what about when you do that to yourself? How do you think it makes you feel when you put yourself down? Tell yourself that it’s never going to work, that you’ll never succeed, that you’re not worthy or smart enough, or rich enough or thin enough? I could go on and on, but the truth is, words hurt. And you may not realize it, but the stories and words that you tell yourself are the ones that cause the most damage. They are the ones that you start believing to be true.
It’s time to stop sabotaging yourself and make a new plan.
✔️Wake up each day and look in the mirror.
✔️Tell yourself that this is going to be the best day ever.
✔️Tell yourself how great you are.
✔️How amazing you look.
✔️How today is a new day.
✔️And that YOU are great!
