This salmon is so delicious and the flavors of sweet with a little lime and a little spice works perfectly. I can’t say enough about it, I’ve made it two weeks in a row!
Salmon is my go-to fish because you can make it so many ways and don’t need to fuss and spend a lot of time preparing it. It’s fabulous as leftovers so I always make more than I need. Smart planning!!
I’d love to hear from you! Have you ever made salmon with lime?

In a small bowl, whisk the lime juice, maple syrup and Sriracha sauce and set aside. Put the salmon in a baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper and sprinkle the grated zest from the line on top. Pour the sauce over the salmon and let marinate in the fridge for about an hour.
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, until it flakes easily. Remove from the oven and cover with aluminum foil for about 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander right before serving.
