Quick & Easy Stir Fry Sauces

A Few Words…

Here are 2 quick and easy stir fry sauces that I use all the time when I make a stir fry for dinner.

They are easy to make and so much better for you than bottled sauces. Sauté whatever combination of vegetables you like, throw in your favourite noodles (my family loves udon noodles, but I mix it up and use vermicelli rice noodles too!), add cooked chicken or beef (or favorite protein), and there you have it – an amazing supper!

So many possibilities!
