❤️I love salads just as much as the next person, but after a while all I taste is the lettuce,

👉and then the salad gets boring 
👉and I lose interest 
👉and I start looking in my pantry for something else to eat
👉and the tub of ice cream comes out
👉with a handful (or 2) of chocolate chipits 
👉and then I get mad at myself for what I just ate!!!

Does this happen to you??

➡️ Why not add some different textures, colors and tastes to your salad?? Fresh fruit is delish in salads!! Add a handful of nuts, cooked quinoa, alfalfa sprouts, chopped Bok choy, hearts of palm…so many possibilities. 

Not only will you have a great salad, but you’ll be more inclined to make healthier choices and be mindful!
