Vanilla Almond Latte

A Few Words…

Are you coffee lover? I am and not that it’s a bad thing, but how much is too much?

Confession time. I can have two cups of coffee before 7:45 am and then another before leaving my house and another cup or 2 late afternoon and I may have a decaf one at night. Believe it or not, I used to drink even more than that! Am I alone here on this??

I realized that I was drinking way too much coffee! And although I try to drink a glass of water instead of coffee, I do like drinking something warm – even in the summer!

Instead of coffee all the time, I’ll switch things up and have herbal teas. I love Celestial Seasonings Bengal Spice or another thing that I do, instead of tea, is use a combination of seeds. You take 1/2 tbs. cumin, 1 tbs. coriander and 1 tbs. fennel seeds and let it steep in a large cup of boiling water for at least 5 minutes, then add a little honey to it. It’s really nice:).

Do you like lattes? Me too! I came across this recipe for a healthy latte which I just love! It’s just a little something for you to think about trying the next time you want to change up your coffee!

I’d love to hear from you! What is your ‘hot’ drink beverage of choice?
Do you have a favorite coffee blend, tea or other concoction?
