How it Works?

Initial Assessment

In our first call we’ll talk about your goals, challenges, obstacles, current dietary/lifestyle habits and anything else that you feel is relevant to your situation. The call will be about an hour and a half and will give me insight to your lifestyle and specific needs.

Simple to Follow Program Guide

There are no complicated calculations, constant measuring, or calorie counting.

Handouts and Worksheets

I’ll be sending you documents that are geared to help you with the challenges that you face.

Three 30 Minute Follow up Calls

We’ll discuss your progress and work on your goals.

There is no penalty for re-scheduling a coaching session provided that a 24 hour notice is given.
